How are you being kind to yourself this National Body Confidence Day? Yes, there may be 5 things you would love to tweak or change about yourself, but let's stop and focus on one thing that you LOVE and appreciate about your body today.
Your challenge is to focus on that one thing today and to embrace it without apology.
It is very easy to look to others to motivate you to do the things you need to do. While outside motivations are a great way to get you going, the reality is no one owes you that. You know what needs to be done. Granted, you may not "feel like" doing it, but you know it NEEDS to be done. In your heart of hearts you realize that prolonging it for another day, another week or another year is only setting you further and further back, which is not okay.
I encourage you today to muster up the motivation within to begin moving forward. If you have already been doing, that, Yayyyyy you! Keep going. You can do it. You have what you need within to take one step today towards your goals and dreams. Make it a marvelous Monday.
In talking to parents who are preparing themselves and their child/children mentally for digital learning in the week(s) ahead, many have expressed panic and anxiety. So how do parents prepare and properly equip their children during times of transition?
To help ease some of the fears and to help families better prepare for the week ahead, I have provided some practical tools for parents to consider.
